Michelle’s early career was shaped by more than three decades of experience across banking and property, where she developed a strong commercial foundation and deep industry insight. Starting from modest beginnings, she built her expertise through hands-on roles that exposed her to sales, lettings, and financial services. Her transition from corporate environments into entrepreneurship marked a defining shift, as she channelled her experience into launching Hyde & Rowe in 2004, steadily growing it into a respected and multifaceted organisation.
Her career achievements reflect both scale and impact. Michelle has built four successful businesses from the ground up, with Hyde & Rowe at the centre of operations. The organisation spans property management, social housing, and supported living care homes. Under her leadership, the group has managed and transacted over £180 million in property assets, while securing £6 million+ in annual council contracts, housing over 20,000 families in need.
